Here’s a snapshot of the three sessions:
The training will take a deep dive into the DISC and Motivators assessments and the process of debriefing them, we will jump into partner exercises, dive into style combinations, go deep into asking questions, and end with understanding graphs.
What does all that mean in English? You are going to learn about yourself, your behavior and your motivators while building your coaching and managing skills.
Training will continue with fun exercises to apply what you learned, answer the most widely asked question, “Am I Crazy?”, look at unusual graphs, delve into identifying the styles of others, then you will get a chance at hands-on coaching, and conclude with taking the test - full certification!
Interpreted that means: You will learn more about yourself and begin to apply your knowledge to working with others; first, coaching fellow participants, then a written test, and we are done!
